摘要
目的:分析我国社区养老健康服务规模对健康和医疗保健消费的影响。方法:采用全国27个地区的省级面板数据构建实证模型。结果:社区养老健康服务规模对健康有积极的影响,对医疗保健消费有提高作用。现阶段养老服务机构数量的增加有助于降低死亡率,提高健康水平,减少医疗保健支出;而社区日间照料床位数则对医疗保健支出有显著的正向作用,并在发展到一定规模后,可降低死亡率,对健康产生正向影响。结论:政府应根据实际需求发展社区养老健康服务,逐步提高服务水平,将社区健康养老服务纳入社会保障覆盖范围。
Objective : To analysis the influences of city community - based elderly health care services scale on residents, health and the health expenditure in China. Methods: We use provincial level panel data of 27 districts to build a panel data. Results: The scale of community- based elderly health care services has a significant positive correlation with residents , health and the health expenditure. The increase of the pension service agencies can improve the level of health, reduce mortality and health care spending; while the increase of community day care beds has significant positive effect on the health care expenditure, and reduce mortality when they develop to a certain scale. Conclusion : Government should develop the community - based elderly health care services according to the actual demand, raise the level of service gradually,and bring the community - based elderly health care services into the coverage of social security.
