摘要
目的研究瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者的疗效及对炎症因子与内皮功能的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2015年7月广东省台山人民医院接诊的100例冠心病合并高脂血症患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀片治疗,对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗。观察两组患者治疗后血脂总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)水平、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、炎症因子水平、内皮功能、治疗疗效情况。结果治疗后,观察组TC、TG水平均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LDL-C、HDL-C水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.0%(47/50)优于对照组62.0%(31/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者的疗效显著,能够降低炎症因子水平,改善内皮功能。
Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease combined withhyperlipidemia and effects on inflammatory factors and endothelial function. Method 100 patients with coronaryheart disease combined with hyperlipidemia from July 2014 to July 2015 in Taishan people's Hospital of GuangdongProvince were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with rosuvastatin. The controlgroup was treated with atorvastatin. Total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), inflammatory cytokines, endothelial function weremeasured. Result After treatment, TG, TC, hs-CRP and IL-6 of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05); LDL-C and HDL-C of observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05); total effective rate ofobservation group (94.0%, 47/50) were higher than control group (62.0%, 31/50, P<0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatincan significantly decrease the level of inflammatory factors and endothelial function optimization in patients withcoronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia.
