摘要
顶层设计是指导全面深化改革的重要方法论之一,也是习近平战略思维的一个鲜明特点。顶层设计是系统工程的方法论、执行落实的方法论、渐进探索的方法论。从以上三个维度研究顶层设计这一方法论,有益于准确把握全面深化改革的深层次规律,系统全面地推进改革。
Top design is one of the important methodologies to guide the comprehensive deepeningof reform, and also a distinctive feature of Xi Jinping^s strategic thinking. Top design is themethodology of system engineering, implementation and progressive exploration. The study onthe top design from the above three dimensions is beneficial to accurately grasping the deep law ofcomprehensively deepening the reform so as to promote the reform systematically and comprehensively.
