摘要
针对某矿用自卸车发动机飞轮壳在运行一段时间后频繁出现开裂这一问题,分别对整车进行NVH测试及发动机飞轮壳应力应变分析。根据测试结果,对提出的车辆传动轴整改方案进行评判,并最终跟踪实地运行结果后得出方案可行且与分析结果一致。
For this problem, engine flywheel housing on mining dump truck cracking frequently after operation for sometime, NVH test on the vehicle and engine flywheel housing analysis of stress and strain were carried out. According to the testresults, judge the vehicle drive shaft reform program and eventually track the actual operating results. Then draw theconclusion that the program is feasible and the result is consistent with the analysis result.
