摘要
随着汽车行业的飞速发展,用户越来越看重对汽车的使用体验。文章以皮卡车型加油口盖开启装置作为研究对象,以CATIA为设计平台,研究了新型加油口盖开启装置在皮卡车型上的应用。本文实现了拉线式加油口盖的设计,提出了双唇边防水塞和自定位加油口锁的创新性技术,解决了产品开发过程中的问题,在很大程度上改良了传统加油口盖开启装置的弊端,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量和效率,提升了企业的核心竞争能力。该装置在郑州日产某一皮卡车型上的使用,取得了良好的经济效益。
With rapid development of automobile industry, the users pay more and more attention to using experience ofautomobile. Taking the opening device for pickup vehicle type filler cap as study object and CATIA software as designplatform, this article is research on the application of new opening device for filler cap in pickup vehicle type. The research isrealized the design of pull opening device for filler cap. The innovative technologies of double-lip waterproof plug andself-localization filler cap lock are proposed, which solve the problems in product development process. The design is greatlymodified the traditional opening device for filler cap, shortened the design period, enhanced design quality and efficiency,and improved the core technology of the enterprises. The application of the device on one pickup of ZhengZhou Nissan isobtained good economic benefit.
