摘要
本文利用计算流体力学软件(CFD),对某轻型客车进行了数值模拟。将分析结果与红外摄像仪照射的图片进行对比,找出了原有设计中暖风流在主窗上分布不均匀及暖风流与侧窗撞击点偏低的缺点。经过优化和修改,前挡风玻璃效果完全地达到了国家标准的要求,而侧窗玻璃的除霜性能也得到了明显的改善和提高。随后以寒带实验和红外摄像验证了新方案的可行性。
In the present study, CFD is used as a simulation tool to analyze the defrosting system of a vehicle.Comparing the simulation results with the photos taken from infrared camera, the main disadvantages of the originalsystem are uneven distribution of hot flows in the main window and low hitting point on the side windows. Afteroptimization and modification, the defrosting effect of the main window completely meets the requirement of thenational standard, and meanwhile the performance on the side window is also significantly improved. The feasibilityof new scheme is also verified by the frigid zone experiments and infrared photos in this project.
