摘要
目的探究天藤降压汤联合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床价值。方法选择2 0 1 4 年1 2 月~ 2015年1 2 月我院收治的2 4 8 例高血压患者为研究对象，将其分成两组，对照组使用马来酸依那普利片进行治疗，以此为基础，观察组使用天藤降压湯进行治疗。结束后，对两组患者的治疗有效率，不良反应率以及血压下降幅度进行全面比较。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为7 5 . 0 0 % ，观察组为90. 3 2 % ，组间数据存在统计学差异， < 0 . 0 5 。和对照组相比，观察组患者降压幅度明显较大，组间数据存在统计学差异，P < 0 . 0 5 。从不良反应发生率上来看，对照组为3 9 . 5 2 % ，观察组为1 1 .2 9 % 。和对照组相比，观察组相关结果明显较好，组间数据存在统计学差异，P < 0 . 0 5 。结论对于原发性高血压患者，使用天藤降压汤联合西药进行治疗，安全性高，实用性强，临床效果好，价格经济，值得进一步在临床治疗中推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the treatment of essential hypertension with the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods in December 2014 and 2015 December in our hospital,248 cases of hypertension patients as the research object,it is divided into two groups,the control group using enalapril maleate tablets for treatment. On this basis,the observation group used day cane Jiangya decoction treatment. After the end,the treatment of the two groups of patients with efficiency,adverse reaction rate and the rate of decline in blood pressure to conduct a comprehensive comparison. Results treatment of patients in the control group total effective rate was 75. 00%. The observation group was 90. 32%,the data between the groups exist significant difference,P < 0. 05. And the control group compared to the observed groups of patients with hypertension amplitude was significantly larger,group data exist significant difference,P< 0. 05. From the incidence of adverse reactions,the control group was 11. 29%,the observation group was 39. 52%. Compared with the control group,observation group of related results significantly better,group data exist significant difference,P< 0. 05. Conclusion in primary hypertension patients,use day rattan Jiangya decoction combined with western medicine treatment,high safety,strong practicability,good clinical effect,economic price,it is worth further promotion in clinical use.
