摘要
目的探讨米非司酮联合安宫黄体酮治疗人流术后宫腔残留的有效性及安全性。方法选取2012年1月~2015年7月我院妇科门诊人工流产患者,经阴道彩超明确诊断为宫腔组织残留的120例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组:米非司酮50 mg,每日2次,3天,3天后安宫黄体酮10 mg每日1次,10天,同时口服止痛化症胶囊,对照组:安宫黄体酮10 mg qd×10 d,同时口服止痛化症胶囊,两组撤退出血后均口服益母草胶囊。结果两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(X^2=0.24,P>0.05)。观察组治愈率71.7%,对照组治愈率51.7%,两组比较有显著差异。结论米非司酮联合安宫黄体酮治疗人流术后宫腔残留治疗效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the safety and effect o f M ife priston e com bined w ith M edroxyprogesterone acetatein treatm ent o f abortive rem nants o f indu ced abortion. Methods 120 volun teer patients who were diagnosed co n tractin g bortiverem nants fro m indu ced abortion by transvaginal co lo r D opp ler exam ination in the gynecological c lin ic o f Changan H ospita lo f Dongguan C ity fro m Jan. 2012 to Ju ly 2015 were random ly d ivid e d in to the observation and con trol group e q u a lly , the fo rmer adm inistered w ith M ife priston e (5 0 mg b id x 3 d ) com bined w ith M edroxyprogesterone acetate (1 0 mg qd x 10 d ) andoral p a in k ille rs , and the la tte r w ith M edroxyprogesterone acetate ( 1 0 m g qd x 10 d ) com bined w ith oral p a in k ille rs . Both twogroups were treated w ith leonurus capsules a fte r w ithdraw al bleeding. Results There was no sig n ifica n t difference in adversereaction rate between two groups ( %2 = 0. 24 ,P > 0. 05 ) . Cure rates were 71. 7 % and 5 1 .7 % in the observation group andthe con trol group respectively. There were sig n ifica n t differences in cure rate between these two groups ( %2 = 5 . 0 8 ,P <0. 0 5 ) . Conclusion M ife priston e com bined w ith Medroxyprogesterone A cetate is safe and effective in treatm ent o f abortiverem nants fro m indu ced abortion.
