摘要
采用琼脂扩散法测定16味中草药水提物和19种抗生素的抑菌活性,筛选出抑菌作用较佳的3味中草药水提物和3种抗生素并测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC),用常量棋盘稀释法测定3味中草药水提物和3种抗生素联用对罗非鱼无乳链球菌的微量抑制浓度指数(FIC index),研究中草药与抗生素联用对罗非鱼源无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)的体外抑菌效果。结果表明,16味中草药水提物和19种抗生素中,五倍子水提物、黄连水提物对无乳链球菌的体外抑菌作用最强,MIC均为3.9μg/m L;其次为板蓝根,MIC为250μg/m L;对无乳链球菌抑菌效果较好的抗生素依次为头孢唑林和头孢曲松(MIC 0.125μg/m L)、羧苄西林(MIC 0.5μg/m L)。联用实验中,黄连与头孢曲松、头孢唑林和羧苄西林联合用药的抑菌作用均表现为协同;五倍子与羧苄西林联合用药的抑菌作用表现为拮抗;板蓝根与3种抗生素联合用药的抑菌作用均为无相关。
The antibacterial activities of 16 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and 19 kinds of antibioticswere measured by joan-board diffusion method, and the fractional inhibitory concentrations (FIC index)of S. agalactiae from the combinations of 3 herbal extracts and 3 antibiotics were determined byconstant checkerboard test, and the antibacterial activities of the combination of Chinese herbs withantibiotics against Streptococcus agalactiae isolated from tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, were studied.The results showed that these 16 kinds of herbal medicines and 19 kinds of antibiotics presented goodantibacterial effects on S. agalactiae, among them, and both Galla chinensis and Coptis chinensis waterextract had the strongest effects of bacteriostasis in vitro, whose MIC were both 3.9 μg/mL, followed byIsatis tinctoria with MIC 250 μg/mL. Cefazolin and Cephalexin had the strongest effects ofbacteriostasis in vitro with MIC 0.125 μg/mL, and followed by Carbenicillin (MIC 0.5 μg/mL).Combination of Coptis chinensis with Ceftriaxone, Cefazolin and Carbenicillin had a promotedantibacterial synergy and additive, and combination of, Galla chinensis with Carbenicillin showedantagonism, Radix Isatidis with three kinds of antibiotics showed non-correlation.
