摘要
冷水机组作为公共建筑空调系统的核心设备,运行期间的定期维护保养对于保证冷水机组可靠、高效地运行至关重要。传统的由维护保养人员到现场检查的方式,工程师大量的时间浪费于往返用户现场,成本高、效率低。随着网络通信技术在冷水机组自动控制上的应用,远程访问查询冷水机组运行数据成为可能。但由于网络环境的复杂性,远程联通性和安全性存在颇多问题,成本较高,限制了远程维护服务的发展。基于Climatix云服务的冷水机组远程维护保养系统,很好地解决了联通性、安全性和经济性的问题,对于降低维护保养成本、缩短对用户问题的响应时间具有重要意义。
Chiller is the core of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVA C) systemfor commercial building, and its regular maintenance during cooling season is importance to ensure the chiller operation with high reliability and efficiency. The traditionalmethod of an on-site inspection wastes a lot of time and human resources;it is highcost and low efficiency. Since networking technologies are used in the chiller control systems possible to access and query running data of the chiller remotely. However, thecomplexity of the network leads to other issues such as bad remote connectivity, securityissues and high cost,which limit the development of remote maintenance service. Climatix cloud services, the connectivity, security and cost of remote maintenance systemare greatly improved and it^s significant for lowering the maintenance cost and shortening the response time for customer services.
