饲料中添加抗菌肽Surfactin对吉富罗非鱼肠道健康的影响 被引量:32

摘要 为研究饲料中添加抗菌肽Surfactin对吉富罗非鱼(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)肠道健康指标的影响,实验将平均体重为(12.01±0.03)g/尾的320尾吉富罗非鱼,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,分别投喂抗菌肽Surfactin添加水平为0(对照组)、50、100和200 mg/kg的试验饲料7周。结果显示:与对照组相比,吉富罗非鱼饲料中添加抗菌肽Surfactin可使肠道皱襞高度显著增加(P<0.05),肌层厚度无显著变化(P>0.05);大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),细菌总数无显著变化(P>0.05);显著提高肠道总抗氧化能力水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性(200 mg/kg抗菌肽添加组除外)(P<0.05),显著降低肠道丙二醛水平(P<0.05),对过氧化氢酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);吉富罗非鱼肠道健康指标以50 mg/kg抗菌肽Surfactin添加组最佳。试验表明,吉富罗非鱼饲料中适量添加抗菌肽Surfactin可增加肠道皱襞高度、调节肠道菌群和提高肠道抗氧化能力而改善肠道健康状态。 A 7-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate effects of antimicrobial peptides-surfactin on intestinalhealth indices of genetically improved farmed tilapia (GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus). Three hundred and twenty fishwith initial average weight of (12.01±0.12) g were randomly divided into four treatment groups with four replicates and20 fish in each replicate. The fish were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0 (control group), 50, 100, and200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides-surfactin, respectively. Surfactin supplementation increased intestinal folds height ofGIFT (P<0.05), but did not impact the muscular thickness (P>0.05). Surfactin supplementation significantly decreasedthe number of Escherichia coli of GIFT (P<0.05) and significantly increased the number of Lactobacillus (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total bacterial number among all treatment groups (P>0.05). Surfactin supplementationsignificantly increased the total antioxidant capacity level and activities of glutathion peroxidase and superoxidedismutase (except 200 mg/kg Surfactin supplementation group) (P<0.05) but significantly decreased the contentof malondialdehyde (P<0.05). Surfactin supplementation had no effect on catalase activity (P>0.05). The intestinalhealth parameters of 50 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides-surfactin supplementation group were the best among all supplementationgroups. In conclusion, surfactin supplementation at 50 mg/kg could improve intestinal health status of GIFTby increasing the intestinal folds height and regulating intestinal microbial population and antioxidant ability.
