各种心肌保存液对鼠心低温保存效果的形态学观察

摘要 目的 研究在冷缺血期 3种液体对鼠心保存的效果 .方法 将离体鼠心分别用 HTK液 ,UW液及 St.Thomas 液灌注并 4℃冷冻保存 6 h.利用离体鼠心非循环式 L an-gendorff灌流功能测定模型 .复灌 1h后 ,取心肌组织做光镜电镜观察 .结果 经过 HTK液保存后的鼠心细胞损伤较轻 ,UW液鼠心细胞损伤较重 ,但冠脉血管内膜剥脱较重 .St.Thomas 液鼠心细胞损伤最重 .结论  HTK液心肌保存效果最好 . AIM To compare the effects of HTK Solution, UW Solution and St. Thomas ⅡCardioplegia Solution on heart preservation. METHODS Isolated hearts from male Wistar rats were mounted on a Longendorff apparatus. Twenty four rats were divided randomly into three groups: HTK group, UW group and STH (St.Thomas ⅡCardioplegia Solution) group. They were arrested and stored in 4℃ preservation solution for 6 hours, and then were reperfused for 1 hour. The heart samples were observed under light and electron microscopes. RESULTS No significant histological change was found in the HTK group. The histological change was more distinct in the STH group than in the UW group. But the vascular endothelium was denuded severely in the UW group. CONCLUSION HTK solution is more effective than UW solution and STH solution for heart preservation. High concentration potassium solution for myocardial preservation is harmful to coronary.
