摘要
本文报道了静置状态下种蛋不同贮存时间、贮存位置,饲料中添加硒、维生素 E 和不同饲养方式、蛋重分级、晾蛋、喷水对建昌鸭种蛋受精率和孵化率的影响。结果表明:种蛋贮存84小时和108小时孵化率最高,分别为85.85%和87.50%;尖端向上竖放孵化率最高,为84.95%;但对受精率无明显影响(P<0.05)。饲料中添加硒、维生素 E 能提高受精率1.11%,孵化率2.65%,增加蛋重0.23g。自由放牧受精率显著(P<0.01)高于圈养;随着蛋重增加受精率增高,中等大小(70.0~74.9g)的蛋孵化率较高;晾蛋、喷水对受精率无明显影响(P>0.05),但可使孵化率提高。
This paper deals with the influence of various factors on the fecundation rate and incubation rate of stud eggs of Jianchang Duck in motionless status,including different storage times and locations, adding selenium and antisterility vitamin,different feeding methods,classification of eggs by weight,sun- ning eggs,and spraying water on eggs.Our experiment results have suggested:the incubation rate reach- es the highest when stud eggs are stored for 84 or 108 hours,with 85.85% and 87.50% for each,and it reaches 84.95% if the eggs are upward—pointed;while there is no significant difference in the fecundation rate (P>0.05).Adding selenium and antisterility vitamin can raise the fecundation rate by 1.11% and the incubation rate by 2.65%,and can add 0.23g to the egg—weight.The fecundation rate under free herding is notably higher than that of rearea ducks in pens,and it increases along with egg—weight,while medium —weighed eggs (70.0~74.9g) have high incubation rate.Sunning eggs and spraying water on eggs have no obvious influence on fecundation rate (P>0.05),but can increase the incubation rate.
