摘要
利用棱镜对引进频谱空间啁啾来补偿飞秒脉冲激光二次谐波产生中的相位失配 ,提高了倍频效率 建立了一套全固态、多波长 ( 1 0 65nm ,5 32nm ,82 3.1nm ,40 2nm)飞秒脉冲激光系统 自制的Nd :YVO4激光器输出 5 32nm绿光激光 ,最高平均功率可达 5 .6W 当用 2 .5W绿光激光泵浦时 ,从自制的钛宝石激光器及经BBO倍频可分别输出中心波长为 82 3.1nm和 40 2nm ,平均功率 30 0mW和73mW ,谱宽 32 .3nm和 5 .1nm ,脉宽 2 2fs和 33.3fs、重复率 1 0 8MHz的近红外和蓝光激光 整个系统具有结构紧凑、倍频效率高。
The high efficiency frequency doubling of fs pulses in BBO is demonstrated, which employed the frequency space chirp technology. One all solid state laser system is developed, from which four wavelength lasers from the far infrared to blue range, 1064, 532, 823 and 402nm can be output. The laser system is pumped by a LD pumped Nd:YVO4/KTP laser at 532nm, a Ti:sapphire laser , and the nonlinear second harmonic generation crystal BBO are used to generate different wavelength. Maximum average powers (repetition rate 100MHz) of 300mW at 823nm, 73mW at 402nm, are obtained when the pumping power is 2.5W. The frequency doubling efficiency of 24% is reached. The main characteristics of this system are presented.
