摘要
对四个点光源进行光学傅里叶变换 ,在自散焦光折变晶体中成功地制作了 6μm× 6μm间隔的并行 ( 2 + 1 )维阵列波导 30 0余条 ,并证明了阵列波导实质上是二维体相位栅 实验研究了点光源间距、点光源尺寸及写入时间对阵列波导制作的影响 。
Using Fourier transform method of four point light sources,Paralled (2+1) dimensional array of waveguides over 300 segments in self defocusing photorefractive crystal have successfully fabricated.The period of array waveguides are 6μm×6μm.Theoretically it is proven that array of waveguides are 2D volume phase grating,and The influence of distance between point light sources,size of point light sources and irradiation time on fabricating array of waveguides experimentally is studied.The formation fundamentals of array waveguides in self defocusing photorefrative crystal have analysed .
