摘要
在详细分析了蓄热体和气体之间的热交换原理的基础上 ,根据能量守衡定律建立了陶瓷蜂窝体蓄热式烧嘴的不稳态传热过程数学模型 ,利用某钢厂蓄热式烧嘴的实测数据对所做模型进行了验证 ,结果表明 :所建模型是正确可信的。在此基础上对蓄热式烧嘴的结构参数和操作参数等进行了优化仿真计算 ,所做工作对同类烧嘴的优化设计有重要的指导意义。
Base on the principle of careful analysis of heat exchange between regenerator and gas , and also the equation of energy constant, this paper establish non stable heat transfer process mathematical model for Honeycomb Ceramic regenerative burner, We testify the mathematical model with the real data measured in an Iron & Steel factory, the result shows the model is accurate and trustful; and on the base o f which , study the result of structural parameters and operational parameters of regenerative burner to optimal simulation it., which is of great significance to optimal design of the same burners.
