摘要
发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略的重要举措。本文分析了循环经济的理论进展和实践意义 ;认为发展循环经济是实现可持续发展的重要途径 ;指出发展生态工业、推行清洁生产环境管理、培育垃圾产业是循环经济的重点 ;提出了发展循环经济的主要对策。
Developing recyding based economy is an important measure of sustainable development strategy. This article analyzes the theory development of recycling based economy and its implication in practice. It maintains that developing recycling based economy is an important way of realizing sustainable development. It points out that recycling based economy's emphasis to develop ecology industry, carry out cleaner production and environment management, and cultivate rubbish industry. It also puts forward the major measure of developing recycling based economy.
