摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快 ,城市生态环境问题也越来越受到关注。本文通过对城市化过程中环境问题现状的分析 ,认为采用法律、依法加强城市环境管理是实现城市可持续发展的重要途径。
Being an overwhelming world trend, urbanization has been established as an important strategy by our government. Because of our constant exploration and practice, we have now been formulating a special way of urbanization,by which city citizens unite closely to develop economy and increase wealth. However, with the development of our urbanization and the increasing level of urbanization, the environmental problem becomes more serious. The following thesis analyzes the environmental problem, and emphasizes the legal system as an insurance of sustainable development. It clarifies that legal means is an important method of environment supervision.
