摘要
根据电子病历系统在住院处的应用 ,用户可直接从其他系统中取得相关数据完成病案首页的全部内容 ,实现了数据共享 ,资料共用的目的。系统提供住院号 ,编辑入院首页 ,为临床、病案室、信息科等科室提供了重要的和必要的基础数据。并指出了住院首页规范化的重要性 ,格式化首页大大地提高了录入首页数据的质量。有效性、科学性地利用医学信息提高医院的管理水平 ,使信息增值 。
According to application of electronic medical record system to in hospital department , the user can get the relative data from other system directly to complete the whole content of first page, which achieves the goal that data and resource share together. The in hospital management system includs inputing the first page of medical record, the number of patients management, which offer important and necessary basic data for clinic, case history file room,information department ect. It points out the importance of standardize the first page record, and the standardization of the first page record will improve the quality of the first page record greatly. Using the medical information in validity and science will be helpful to improve the management level of hospital and increase the value of information to supply better service for patients,and increase the profit for hospital and society.
