摘要
本文提出了扁平绕带式压力容器以内筒最大漏检缺陷不扩展为适宜应力状态和合成状态下钢带等剪切应力缠绕的概念,并以此建立优化数学模型。结果表明:采用适应性随机搜索法计算容器绕层的内外半径和钢带缠绕参数,既能适当减薄壁厚,又能改善受力状态,达到经济安全的目的。
The satisfactory stress state of the core of Chinese ribbon wound pressure vessel which can prevent the maximum undetected crack from propagating and the constant shear stress across the ribbon layers under combining condition are new concept, for which the optimum mathematical model has been set. By using adaptive random search method to calculate the outer and the inner radius of the ribbon layers and other winding parameters, the total thickness and the maximum stress under combining condition can be properly reduced. The method is both safe and economic.
