摘要
针对分度凸轮机构的设计与制造问题 ,引入以计算机技术为核心的虚拟制造理论与实施技术 ,对分度凸轮装置的 VMT体系结构、虚拟产品建模、设计与制造等系统的各个阶段关键技术进行了分析 ,提出了进行此类产品虚拟制造的基本技术框架及方法。该项研究工作的进行和相关技术系统的开发 ,有助于丰富典型机器零部件的虚拟制造理论体系及扩大其应用领域 。
Virtual manufacturing technology is introduced for the design and manufacturing of indexing cam mechanisms. The related technology such as the VMT(virtual manufacturing technology) structure, virtual product modeling, design and machining technology is analyzed. Finally,the VMT frame of high pairs mechanisms is set up. The method we use differs greatly from the conventional one. The results show that the research work is useful for improving the indexing cam device products.
