论述了引进 4号加热炉液压系统的组成及工作原则 ,系统的主要优缺点 ,总结了该系统运行 1 0年来系统元件存在的主要问题及实施改造的基本原则 ,国产化改造的具体措施内容 ,同时介绍了获得两项国家专利 ,完全拥有我国自己的知识产权的新型轴配流径向柱塞泵的功用特点及主要性能指标 。
The present paper expounds the constitution, working principle and advantages and disadvantages of the imported hydraulic system of the No.4 Reheating Furnace, points out the problems in the main components of the system in past 10 years since its commissioning and the basic principle and specific measures for the revamp on the system and at the same time introduces the main feature and specification of the new axial flow and radial plunger pump that owns 3 patents of China and full intellectual proprietary rights and reviews the results of running check since the commissioning of the system after the technical revamp.
