富氧化铁炉渣的溅渣护炉机理 被引量:3

摘要 上海第一钢铁 (集团 )公司 30 t转炉所用铁水条件较差 ,导致终渣中氧化铁含量很高。由于转炉出钢温度也偏高 ,实施溅渣护炉以大幅度提高炉龄比较困难。实验室与工业试验研究结果表明 :1溅渣层中富氧化镁 RO相是冶炼过程中抵抗高温、高氧化性炉渣侵蚀的骨架 ; The 30 t BOF at Shanghai No.1 Iron & Steel Corporation uses usually poor quality hot metal for steelmaking. The FeO content in BOF slag is very high at the end point of smelting. Besides of the high tapping temperature, it is difficult for the vessels to prolong service lives remarkably by slag splashing. Through both laboratory and industrial investigations, the results were proved: ① The RO phrases with high MgO content are the aggregates resisting attacking of BOF slag with high overheating and high FeO content; ② During splashing process, the modified rich FeO slag on the vessel lining behaves as “separate flow” with different constituents.
