摘要
龙眼幼苗水培试验表明 ,龙眼幼苗对铝胁迫反应敏感 ,在铝浓度为 0 .185 m mol· L- 1时龙眼幼苗就产生毒害 ,在 0 .185~ 1.85 0 m mol· L- 1范围内 ,随铝浓度的增加毒害作用逐渐加深 ,根系生物量下降 13.8%~ 31.7%、根体积下降 12 .4%~ 5 1.7%、根系活力下降 2 2 .0 %~ 6 6 .0 %、茎生物量下降 5 .4%~ 36 .2 %、叶生物量下降 14.5 %~ 5 8.2 %、叶面积下降 13.5 %~ 46 .5 %。根、茎、叶的含水率与铝浓度之间呈负相关 ,铝胁迫下根含水率下降 2 .3%~ 4.8%、茎含水率下降 7.3%~ 17.8%、叶含水率下降 1.5 %~ 6 .0 %;铝对龙眼幼苗不同器官含水率的抑制作用表现为茎 >根 >叶。
Effect of aluminium (Al) stress on young longan(Dimocarpus longana Lour.) seedlings cultivated in solution culture was studied. The results showed that longan seedlings were sensitive to Al stress.The young longan seedlings were injured under 0.185mmol·L -1 Al. With the increase of Al concentration, injury became more and more severe. The root was more sensitive to Al than stems and leaves. Under Al stress, biomass,volume and vitality of root decreased by 13.8%-31.7%, 12.4%-51.7% and 22.0%-66.0% respectively; Biomass of stems decreased by 5.4%-36.2% respectively; Biomass and area of leaves decreased by 14.5%-58.2% and 13.5%-46.5% respectively. Water metabolism was affected by Al stress. Under Al stress, water content of roots,stems and leaves decreased by 2.3%-4.8%, 7.3%-17.8%, 1.5%-6.0%, respectively; Water content of stems,roots and leaves were negative correlation with Al concentration in the solution.
