摘要
用阿维菌素对福州菜区田间小菜蛾种群进行抗性筛选 ,经连续选育 15代后小菜蛾的抗性较筛选前提高了6 6 .44倍 ;抗性筛选前后分别测定了供试小菜蛾对氯氰菊酯、马拉硫磷、灭多威、抑太保等杀虫剂毒力的敏感度 ,结果表明抗性选育品系对氯氰菊酯、马拉硫磷、灭多威、抑太保等杀虫剂不表现交互抗性 ;解毒酶抑制剂 PBO和TPP对阿维菌素分别增效 1.6 1倍和 1.38倍 ,表明小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗性可能与多功能氧化酶和羧酸酯酶的活性有关。
An avermectin resistant strain of Plutella xylostella from a field population in Fuzhou was obtained by laboratory selection for fifteen generations with avermectin,it exhibited about 66.44 times resistance to avermectin compared with the field population.The resistant strain had no cross-resistance to cypermethrin,malathion,methomyl and chlorfluazuron.The studies on synergism of esterases inhibitor TPP and MFO inhibitor PBO to avermectin-resistant strain showed that TPP and PBO exhibited 1.61 and 1.38 times synergistic action to avermectin respectively.
