摘要
针对带碳纤维增强复合材料箍环整体叶盘新结构 ,基于循环对称模型 ,采用正交各向异性和各向同性三维元对其进行有限元振动性分析 ,完成了模型叶盘的模态分析试验。 3种模型的数值分析结果与试验数据吻合较好 ,从而验证了上述方法的有效性。同时 ,指出了带箍叶盘振动的一些特点。
The Blisk with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) ring is a new rotor structure of fan. A method of structural vibration is presented. Based on cyclo symmetric model. The Blisk is modeled by using isotropic and orthotropic 3 dimensional solid elements. Three numerical examples are presented.The modal tests for three model Blisks are performed. The comparison of the numerical results with the test data shows consistency of both methods, and it is also proved that the above analysis method is effective. Some vibration feature of the Blisk with ring is pointed out.
