本文针对下列问题对刚刚过去的亚洲金融危机加以讨论 ,继续求教于陈观烈教授。1 .现行国际货币制度的得失及其与新型国际金融危机的关系 ;2 .关于对冲基金和“立体投机攻击”的实证资料文献介绍 ;3 .国内金融秩序混乱、体制落后和结构失衡与国际金融危机的关系 ;4 .经济金融全球化历史进程中的资本快速流动究竟是机遇还是陷阱 ?
While attempting to discuss the following issues in relation to the Asian Financial Crisis,this article may also be regarded as another discussion with professor Chen Guanlie first,about the relation between merits and demerits of current international monetary system and new international financial crisis;second,about hedge funds and some data of “the strategy of simultaneous speculative investments in different financial markets;third,about the relation between China's domestic financial chaos,its outdated financial system,the structural unbalance and the international financial crisis;fourth,about whether the fast flow of capital in the historical process of economic and financial globalization is an opportunity or a trap.
