摘要
基于“3S”技术建立退耕还林监测系统 ,可实现对退耕还林面积和效果的时实监测。它借助遥感的多传感器、多时相的特点 ,利用同一地区退耕还林前和退耕还林后不同时相的遥感数据 ,通过绝对配准和图像差值增强获得时间比值图像 (即变化信息 ) ,然后用GIS中的空间分析技术定期获得该地区已经退耕还林的面积 ,同时对退耕还林的效果做出评价。
A monitoring system for 'returning farmland to forests' based on the '3S' technology can realize a real-time monitoring over the acreage and results of 'returning farmland to forests'. Making use of the characteristics of multi-sensor and multi-tense of remote sensing and the remote sensing data of different tenses before and after the 'returning farmland to forests' drive, it can regularly yield the data of the acreage of non-farming land and correctly evaluate the results of the work. Using the management function of GIS, it can storage and manage the analysis data of each period and submit them the decision-making authorities for reference.
