In the new stage of agricultural development, there is a close relationship between rural land circulation and the restructuring of agricultural production. On the one hand, the restructuring of agricultural production requires large-scale management by means of land circulation. On the other hand, land circulation provides good conditions for the restructuring of agricultural production.
