肿瘤坏死因子-α与急性脑血管病 被引量:1

摘要 中枢神经系统多种细胞可释放TNF-α等炎性细胞因子,如神经元细胞,血管内皮细胞,小胶质细胞,星形细胞,成纤维细胞,巨噬细胞及平滑肌细胞[1].急性脑血管病后TNF-α释放迅速增加.TNF-α作为细胞间相互作用的炎性细胞因子,与细胞膜上TNF-α受体结合后发挥多种生物学效应,直接或间接地导致脑血管内皮细胞的损伤,激活磷脂酶A2和肾上腺素能β受体,使血脑屏障通透性增高,出现血管源性和细胞毒性脑水肿,诱导细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达上调,从而促使中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞的渗出,小胶质细胞的活化,进一步加重急性脑血管病后继发性脑损伤.
