摘要
研究了不同类型水稻剑叶气孔密度的差异及其与气体扩散阻力和比叶重的关系,结果表明:不同类型水稻气孔密度的差异极显著。籼×籼型>籼×粳偏籼型>籼×粳偏粳型>粳×粳型。同一类型不同品种间气孔密度的差异亦达到极显著水平。气孔密度与气体扩散阻力和比叶重均有极显著的线性负相关(r=-0.7240和-0.7657)。本文还探讨了通过籼粳稻杂交改善叶片质量的可能性。
The difference of flag leaf stomatal density among Indica,
Indica-cline,Japonica-cline and Japonica rice,and its relations to gas
diffusion resistance and specific leaf weight were studied.The results
showed that the sequence of stomatat density from high to low was
Indiea>Indica-cline>Japonica-cline>Japonica among 4 types.The dif-
ference of stomatal density was highly significant among various types
and varieties.The negative correlations of stomatal density with
specific leaf weight and resistance to gas diffusion were significant at
0.01 level.The possibility of improving leaf quality by Indica-Japonica
hybridization was discussed in the paper.
