摘要
介绍了大庆乙烯和中原乙烯火炬系统的现状 ,对火炬排放负荷进行了分析 ,并采取措施 ,如对主要设备加设紧急切断热源联锁 ,降低排放负荷。对中原急冷水塔排放负荷采用了动态模拟分析计算 ,做到了利用原火炬排放系统 ,力求安全性和经济性的统一。
The actuality of flare system in DaQing ethylene and ZhongYuan ethylene is introduced.The discharge load of flare system is analysed.The measures are taken such as setting interlock of emergency shut off heat source,reducing discharge load.The discharge load of quench water tower in ZhongYuan ethylene is analysed and calculated by means of dynamic simulation.The original flare system is utilized,striving to unify security and economic.
