以聚乙烯醇为质基的疏水吸附树脂的制备

摘要 采用活化 -偶联法制备聚乙烯醇 (PVA)基疏水吸附树脂 ,探讨了疏水吸附树脂制备过程中活化反应和偶联反应的影响因素 ,并提出了活化阶段中引入二甲基亚砜有利于活化反应的观点。实验的最佳活化条件为 :合成反应温度 60℃ ,NaOH浓度 3mol/L ,二甲基亚砜 15mL。最佳配基偶联条件为NaOH浓度 1.5mol/L ,反应温度 70℃。 The PVA based hydrophobic absorption resins were prepared by activation coupling. The factors affecting activating reaction and coupling reaction were thoroughly studied. It was found that the addition of DMSD in activating step was beneficial to epoxy activating. The optimum activating condition is the addition of 15mL DMSO to 3mol/L NaOH solution with the synthesis temperature of 60℃. The coupling step with optimum condition is the reaction in 1.5mol/L NaOH solution at 70℃.
