摘要
对甲酸车间酸化工段配酸槽进行改造,经分析、计算,将原用循环泵搅拌改用三层平桨折叶搅拌桨搅拌,每槽配酸时间由2h缩短为15min,电耗11kWh降为1.4kWh。改造效果明显,降低了操作劳动强度,节省了运行费用。
In reform of the mixing equipment of formic acid plastic tanks,circulation pump mixer is replaced through ou r analysis and calculation by three layer arm stirr er,thus acid addition time for each t ank is reduced from 2h to 15min,power consumption is reduced from 11kWh to 1.4kWh.The reform has g ood results,lowers labor intensity and reduces operation cost.
