摘要
在当今快速多变的竞争环境下 ,企业战略的时间跨度不断缩短 ,及时、有效的战略转换决定着企业竞争的成败。该文分析战略转换的研究现状 ,指出存在的问题 ,建立系统的战略转换研究框架 ,并探讨其思维方式的特点。
As the time-frame of strategic management is becoming shorter than ever in today's turbulent competitive environments, shifting strategies timely and effectively becomes the successful key of business. This paper first reviews the literature of strategic change, generalizes the shortcomings of the past researche, and then establishes a research framework of strategic change and discusses the characteristics of the thinking mode of strategic change.
