摘要
为了能够使相关人员对散化码头发生的泄漏事故危险性有一个评价方法,以散装液体化学品码头的作业环节为评判的对象,运用模糊综合评判法对泄漏事故危险性进行评判,划分危险等级在对泄漏事故的评判上,提出了一种有效的方法,并经事实证明,此种方法是切实可行的.
When Chemical Terminal is becoming more and more important in the energy markets, in order to set an evaluating rule about the leakage risk of chemical terminal to those related personnel, this article, using the working processes of liquid Chemical Terminal as valuating objects, gives the Comprehensive Assessment to leakage risk and divides the risk, based on the Fuzzy mathematics. It offers an effective method on evaluating leakage accidents. And it has been proved which is a good method.
