摘要
市场经济运行体制的不断完善使得经营决策成为企业的首要管理职能。如何实现和谐的外部管理一体化 ,利用互连网整合资源、重组流程以及正确地认识环境、融入社会是每个企业必须面对的问题。本文试从企业外部管理的角度讨论这一问题。
With the perfection of market economy management system,management decision becomes the leading function of the enterprise operation.Every enterprise must solve sueh problems as how to perform harmonious external management,restructure resources and technological process by using internet etc.The article tries to deal with these issues.
