摘要
通过对TC3钛合金板材进行的单、双脉冲点焊工艺试验 ,分析了二次脉冲电流对点焊接头金相组织的影响及组织与力学性能之间的对应关系。研究结果表明 ,二次脉冲电流可明显提高TC3钛合金接头的延性比。
Single and double impulsed spot welding of titanium alloy TC3 is tested.The influence of double impulsed current on microstructure of nugget and the microstructure and mechanics characters relation are analyzed. The results show that stretch strength to shear strength ratio of Ti alloy TC3 welding joint is obviously improved by double impulsed current.
