摘要
采用 UV-91 0 0型紫外可见分光光度计 ,分别测定了共轭亚油酸与 β-环糊精在四种溶剂正己烷、水、甲醇、乙醇中 2 0 4~ 2 60 nm范围内的吸光度 ,发现 :乙醇是较为理想的溶剂 ;即使 β-CD在乙醇中的溶解度极其微小 ,共轭亚油酸与β-CD所形成包结物溶液的紫外吸收光谱也有较为显著的增加 ;β环湖精对长链脂肪酸的包结能力在甲醇中有一定选择性 ;在水中 β-环糊精对共轭亚油酸有较强的增溶作用 ,有利于乳液的稳定 。
Absorbance value of conjugated linoleic acid from 204 260 nm was measured by UV 9100 spectrophotometer in hexane, water, methanol and ethanol respectively. The results showed that ethanol is deirable solvent. Even if the solubility of β cyclodextrin in ethanol is extremely low, it has a considerable influence on UV spectrophotometry. The inclusion ability to long chain fatty acid by β cyclodextrin varies in methanol. Solubilization of β cyclodextrin to conjugated linoleic acid is obvious in water which is favorable to the stability of emulsion and can prolong coacervation time of emulsion.
