摘要
介绍并评述了制备超纯铁等纯净金属的各种方法 ,包括冷坩埚熔炼、电磁悬浮熔炼、区域提纯、固体电迁移等技术 ,以及目前超高纯铁制备技术的最新进展 ,提出了采用高真空 +半连续拉锭的感应加热冷坩埚熔炼 +区域提纯
A review on the present various preparing methods for ultra pure iron and pure & clean metals was made,including the techniques of the cold crucible induction melting,magnetic suspension melting,zone refining,the solid state electromigration/electrotransport and the newly developed technology.A comprehensive large scale preparation route for the ultra high pure iron was advised of combining the techniques of the high vacuum,the semi continuous casting of cold crucible melting by induction heating,the zone refining and the electromigration together.
