摘要
介绍一种以PIC16C5 5单片机为核心器件对信号进行采集、处理 ,并能够输出 4~ 2 0mA标准信号的液位变送器。该变送器采用红外光电子技术 ,通过信息码带及光电采集器将现场液位信号实时地传送给PIC16C5 5单片机 ;首先 ,单片机对所采集的信号进行软件处理和量程运算 ,由PWM方式调制出脉冲信号 ,再传送至MAX5 38、AD6 94器件进行D/A、V/I转换成标准的输出信号 ,最后传输至控制室 ,从而实现了现场液位的显示、监控。在该变送器中PIC16C5 5单片机较好地发挥了其应用特性 ,有良好的适应性和较高的性价比。
A liquid-level transmitter based on PIC16C55 single-chip computer for sample of signal and processing and converting into a standard 4~20?mA current output signal is presented.The transmitter's input-port based on infrared sensor collects the real-time signals of field liquid-level on steel Gray code-band,and transmit it to the computer.First of all,the signals will be processed in software and calculating for the range in computer,and modulated in PWM pulses,then converted by D/A device MAX538 and V/I device AD694 into a standard signal transmitting to control center for displaying and monitoring in the end.The PIC16C55 single-chip computer works well in the liquid-level transmitter,it acts on a good application and adaptability and high cost performance.
