摘要
目的了解过敏性鼻炎(AR)对独生子女人格的影响。方法应用明尼苏达多相个性调查表(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory,MMPI)调查分析独生子女AR患者35例,并与非独生子女AR患者49例对照,患者均为中重度持续性AR。结果独生子女患者的效度量表中的诈病量表(Infrequency,F)和临床量表中的疑病量表(Hypochondriasis,Hs)、抑郁量表(Depression,D)、性度量表(Masculinity,Mf)、轻躁狂量表(Hypomania,Ma)4个临床量表T分(t分别为2.169、1.955、2.009、2.546、2.012,P均<0.05)明显高于非独生子女患者,附加量表中的依赖性量表(Dependency,Dy)T分非常显著的高于非独生子女患者(t=2.66,P<0.01)。中重度持续性AR男女患者间各量表得分无明显差异。结论与非独生子女AR患者相比,独生子女AR患者的人格心理特征倾向于更关心和专注于自己的健康问题、更不愉快和易于绝望、更易怒和暴躁、更感孤独和希望独处等以外、更倾向于易夸大病情、更依赖他人和对传统性别角色责任的不认同。提示独生子女AR患者的心理功能更差,临床医师应该给予更多关注。
OBJECTIVE To explore psychological aspects of singleton outpatients with moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis. METHODS Subjects were assigned to the singleton group(n=35) and the non-singleton group(n=49). The psychological aspects of subjects were assessed by using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventor y(MMPI). RESULTS Analysis of MMPI profiles showed that singleton outpatients with AR scored significantly higher than the non-singleton patients with AR on one validity scales Frequency(F), Hypochondriasis(Hs),Depression(D), Masculinity-(Mf), Hypomania(Ma)(tvalue was respectively 2.169, 1.955, 2.009, 2.546, 2.012,all P<0.05), and one research scale Dependency(Dy)(t value was 2.667, P<0.01). The difference of male and female patients with moderate-to-severe persisitent allergic rhinitis. CONCLUSION The singleton outpatients with AR showed poorer psychological functioning than the nonsingleton outpatients. It suggests that doctors should pay more attention to them.
