主要介绍了目前因特网上可免费检索的专利信息的国内外主要站点,并介绍了它们的特点与检索方法,特别对能提供免费专利全文的数据库作了详细介绍。
This paper introduces the main domestic and foreign web-sides of Internet on which people can retrieve the patent information freely at presen t ,introduces their features and retrieving methods,and especially int roduces i n detail the databases which can provide the full test of patents freely.
