摘要
针对纬编横机上氨纶裸丝在给纱时的张力问题 ,设计了由电容式传感器、步进电机等组成的机电一体化微机控制系统 ,实现了对给纱张力的实时控制。介绍了整套装置的硬件搭建和软件流程。
Aimed at solving the problem of tension of feeding spandex filament to a flat-knitting machine, a computer control system was designed by using capacitive sensor, step-motor etc., so as to control the yarn tension on-line. The hard ware designing and the software programming were also introduced.
