摘要 目的 建立一种单细胞钙瞬变的测定方法。方法 选用正常和心肌肥厚Wistar大鼠 ,分离出心肌细胞 ,用新购进的离子影像分析系统进行钙瞬变和收缩的测定。结果和结论 该系统可用于同步测定钙瞬变和细胞收缩。 Objective To establish a method to detect the Ca 2+ transient in single cells. Methods After isolation of cardiac myocytes from normal and hypertrophied rat hearts, Ca 2+ transient and contraction were measured using ion imaging system that was purchased newly. Results and Conclusion The system could be used to measure Ca 2+ transient and cell contraction simultaneously.
