摘要
氯氮平属于非典型抗精神病药物 ,临床疗效好且不良反应少。本文对氯氮平血药浓度与临床疗效的关系及影响氯氮平血药浓度的因素进行综述 。
Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic. It has good clinical efficacy and little side effect. The factor s influencing serum clozapine level and the relation between clinical efficacy o r side effect and serum clozapine level are reviewed and our work on the clozapi ne revaluation is reported in this paper.
