摘要
矿业企业在矿产勘查和开采生产过程中都需要进行资金筹集,而利用融资是一种有效的经济行为。本文对我国矿业融(投)资情况、存在的主要问题、可采用的融资方式进行了分析,并提出了促进矿业融资的政策建议。
This paper analyzes the conditions of and major problems in the practice of financing in mining industry of China, discusses the ways of financing available in China, and puts forward some proposals for improving financing in China.
