大鼠中缝核及其邻近网状结构5-羟色胺能神经元的细胞构筑

摘要 用免疫组织化学的方法研究了大鼠中缝核及其邻近网状结构的细胞构筑,5-羟色胺免疫阳性细胞见于以下核团:中缝大核、中缝隐核、中缝苍白核、中缝背核、中缝脑桥核、巨细胞网状核和外侧网状核。其中中缝大核、巨细胞网状核和外侧网状核的神经元突起多在脑干横断面上连结成网,而中缝脑桥核和中缝背核在脑干横断面上的突起却很少。对中缝核群及其邻近网状结构5-羟色胺能神经元的细胞构筑和功能的关系进行了讨论。 The immunohistochemistry method was used to study the cytoarchitecture of 5-HT neurons of the raphe nuclei and their neighbouring reticular structure in rats. The 5-HT like positive neurons were seen in the following nuclei: raphe magnus nucleus (RM),raphe obsurus nucleus (RO), raphe pallidus nucleus (RP), dorsal raphe nucleus (DR), raphe pontis nucleus (RPn), gigantocellular reticular nucleus (GR) and lateral reticular nucleus (LRt). The processes of the neurons in the RM GR and LRt were connected with each other to form a network in the transverse section of brain stem. However, few of the processes in the RPn and DR in the transverse section were observed. The relationship of the cytoarchitecture and function of 5-HT neurons of raphe nuclei are discussed.
