大亚湾核电站18个月换料设计质量保证大纲的建立与实施 被引量:1

摘要 质量保证体系标准ISO9001-94和国家核安全法规HAF003(91)对质量体系的要求有所差异,这是核行业质量认证组织面临的主要问题。如何才能同时满足两套标准建立体系,中国核动力研究设计院(NPIC)在大亚湾核电厂18个月换料设计论证项目上作了尝试,并建立、实施和不断完善了质量保证体系,制订并实施了专用的质量保证大纲,采取了一系列的控制、验证措施,向法马通公司(FAMATOME)和大亚湾核电厂提供满意的核设计服务产品。 The quality requirements of quality system standard ISO9001:1994 are different from that of national nuclear safety code HAF003(91). The organizations in nuclear industry field are always puzzled by this problem. Nuclear power institute of china (NPIC) defined its quality system frame according to stricter requirements chosen from ISO9001 and HAF003. In the process of performing 18-months Fuel cycles analysis and verification project, NPIC had developed, implemented and perfected quality system, established and implemented specific quality assurance program, and taken a series of control and verification measures. FAMATOME and the owner of nuclear power station satisfy the quality of design. This article will be a reference to organizations in nuclear engineering field.
