摘要
正常成年豚鼠48只,分为胃迷走神经切除术组(简称神经切除组)、假手术组及正常对照组。分别于术后1、3、6、10天,取胃体、幽门和十二指肠。恒冷箱切片,作镁激活的三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg^(2+)-ATPase)、钙激活的三磷酸腺苷酶(Ca^(2+)-ATPase)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)和葡萄糖-6磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)7种酶的组织化学反应。在光镜下,对壁内神经节7种酶反应做了半定量观察,还对两种ATPase作了显微分光光度计测定,并作统计学处理。本文结果表明,与假手术组及正常对照组相比,神经切除组术后3~6天胃体、幽门及十二指肠3个部位神经元的Mg^(2+)-ATPasc、Ca^(2+)-ATPase及CCO反应出现强弱不等的改变。这种强弱不等的酶反应变化,可能同各神经元与迷走神经联系不同有关,表明神经元的性质和功能各异。但半定量及定量结果的统计学分析表明,神经切除组与假手术组和正常对照组相比,术后不同时间酶活性变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。本研究的结果表明,壁内神经节不同于一般的自主神经节,其中的神经元可能具有较高程度的自主调节与代偿适应能力。此外,本文还对跨神经元变性提供了有意义的知识。
48 normal adult guinea pigs were used and divided into 3 groups, i. e. vagotomy, sham-operation and normal control groups. The gastric corpus, pyloric region and duodenum were removed at 1st, 3rd 6th and 10th day after operation and processed with histochemical methods for Mg^(++)-ATPase, Ca^(++)-ATPase, CCO, SDH, LDH G-6-PDH and G-6-Pase. The reaction of these enzymes was observed and estimated semiquantitatively, among which Mg^(++)-ATPase and Ca^(++)-ATPase were also measured with microphotometer(Leitz MPV Ⅱ). All the data were analysed statistically. The results showed that in comparison with sham-operation and normal control groups, the enzyme reactivity of Mg^(++)-ATPase, Ca^(++)-ATPase and CCO in vagotomy group showed different changes. In sham-operation and normal control groups, the reactivity of the three enzymes was similar in the same enteric nerve ganglia, but in vagotomy group, the activity of these enzymes exhibited variety in different neurons in the same nerve ganglia, either enhanced or declined or no apparent changes. All the changes stated above may be due to the different relationship between enteric neurons and vagus preganglionic fibers. But there was no significant difference between the vagotomy and control groups (P>0.05). This study suggest that unlike other autonomic ganglia, the enteric nerve ganglia may exhibit a relatively high capacity of autonomic regulation and compensatory adaptation, and also provide some histochemical evidences for the transneuronal degeneration changes.
